Contact form

When you send a message, we process your name, email, subject and message, solely to reply to you and, where relevant, to book your appointment.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a service, and legitimate interest in answering contact requests. Retention: as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than 12 months after the last exchange.

Messages are sent through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which forwards them by email. Please do not send detailed medical information through the form — discuss it directly during your appointment.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to obtain visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, approximate country). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.

Cookies used (only after you accept): _ga and _ga_*, kept for up to 2 years. If you decline, no measurement cookie is set; Google may only receive anonymous signals without identifiers (consent mode).

Your choice is stored in your browser (sm-consent). You can change it at any time: manage cookies.

Third-party services

When the site loads, some external services technically receive your IP address: Google Fonts (typefaces) and OpenStreetMap (map). The WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps buttons only take you to those services when you click them, and their own privacy policies then apply.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, object to processing or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@sabrinaosteopata.com. We reply within one month at most.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, the Portuguese supervisory authority (www.cnpd.pt).
